Chuck DeVore, a California legislator and declared candidate for the United States Senate in 2010 against Barbara Boxer, appeared on Fox News over the weekend blasting the Governor Schwarzenneger's budget and apparent deal with the unconstitutional tax hikes passed by the Democrats late last year.
Among other things, Chuck DeVore made the following points:
“It's law, it's our constitution, you can't just violate it."
"In the state of California we think it's too tough to ask illegal immigrants and felons to get off of welfare within 5 years."”
